How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our shipments:
Once you place your order, we need 1 business day to process it. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery will take between 3 and 12 business days.

What is the return policy?
Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the order if the following conditions are met:
1. All elements, components and original packaging are intact.
2. The product does not show visible signs of damage caused by improper use.
3. Hygiene products have been thoroughly cleaned before return.
4. The product was identified as defective immediately upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs can be passed on to the customer.
6. Returns are processed within 7 business days if the above conditions are met.
The return may be rejected if the product is suspected of being used or damaged.

5. The customer may be charged for shipping.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days if the conditions are met.
Returns may be rejected if there is any suspicion of use or damage.
How does refund work?
Send an email to info@fourteenangels.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Name and surname
- Address
The correct return address will be provided upon request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Right of withdrawal- Withdrawal period:14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you received the goods.
-Refund is no longer possible after the goods have been sent.
Cancellation policy-To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement is required (e.g. sent by e-mail).
-The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Consequences of withdrawal-In the event of withdrawal, the buyer will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point, except for delivery costs, within 14 days.
-Refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
